Simple way is not to go in sunlight. However if you love to get tanned then you should always use suntan lotion while in peak hours of sunlight from 1000hrs to 1530 hrs.

You can get rid of wrinkles by choosing the right face wash and soaps from large variety of these products. Certain harsh facial cleaners and hot water which claim that they remove wrinkles should be used carefully, because most of them can damage the skin and thus result in wrinkles.

Another thing which can help you getting rid of wrinkles prematurely is use of hyaluronic acid rich diet. Hyaluronic acid is present throughout our body in extracellular matrix and connective tissue and thus is an important factor in preventing wrinkling especially due to ageing. Magnesium is required for synthesis of hyaluronic acid in the body. In order to avoid wrinkles one should use hyaluronic acid supplements in daily diet. A reported side effect of use of hyaluronic acid is cancer and because of this it is always better to get your doctor’s or nutritionist advise before using hyaluronic acid supplements.
