STAY AWAY FROM FOODS HIGH IN SUGAR and high-glycemic carbs like white bread and pasta and potatoes.
Sugar cross-links with the protein in our skin causing glycation… thus causing wrinkles.

Is 20 years old too young for wrinkle creams and/or serums? Would it be harmful?

I think the only way to avoid wrinkles is to have extremely oily skin and to avoid the sun as much as possible. Women with larger facial structures (more heavy, with heavier fat deposits on the cheekbones, etc.) are also prone to aging faster because when the structure weakens, everything sags and is more noticeable than someone with a smaller face. Women with weak facial structure but with rounder faces tend to age less fast.

you dont so many expensivee creams, if you eat lots of vegatibles and fruits then it helps fight wrinkles becuase all the vitamins and protien are good for your skin and protect against the suns harmful rays

FACE IS THE INDEX OF MIND not the body. We can do some excercise and strengthen our skin and muscles? but can we reallly bring back our INNOCENT face?
Yes, says an Indian author. Type “liveinmatrix” in GOOGLE and follow the first link to know the secret
